Individual Play Therapy offers weekly 1:1 sessions between a child and therapist. The relationship with the therapist provides a safe framework for exploration and self-understanding. Children can explore their feelings through creative mediums such as art, sand, role play, puppets and music.

Group Play Therapy offers children the opportunity to explore and share experiences in a supportive group setting, addressing challenges such as loss, bullying, low self-esteem, or difficulties forming friendships.

Parent-Child Attachment Play (PCAP) is an innovative early help model that focuses on strengthening the parent/carer- child relationship.
The PCAP practitioner primarily works on a one to one basis with the parent or carer. This intervention is aimed at children 3+ to late teens. It is adapted according to the individual child’s needs.

We offer creative supervision to trainees and qualified play therapists. We also offer this service to health care, social care and educational professionals.
Sessions are either face to face at our therapy room in Overseal, or sessions can be online through Teams.
Our supervisors are Play Therapy UK (PTUK) trained.

We create bespoke packages to schools and other settings with a focus around staff well-being. Get in touch to discuss further.
